Products and Lead Times

Sizes are practical for real rooms, not staged sets. Ready-to-ship pieces usually leave in 1 to 2 business days. Made-to-order builds typically ship in 3 to 5 weeks, depending on design and finish. Monthly output is about 20 to 40 pieces, which keeps timelines realistic and quality even. If you need a firm date, Rozaape will state what is ready now and what can be built on time, and will send status updates at each milestone so you always know where your piece is in the build.

Engineering and Construction

Each top is matched from boards that belong together and bonded for strength and a calm look. Threaded inserts and machine bolts seat cleanly in the wood so assembly and re-assembly do not loosen the joinery. Leveling feet help the table stand steady on uneven floors. Production Process: From Wood To Finished Piece
Intake and Acclimation. Lumber is tagged with source, species, and moisture reading, then rested 24 to 48 hours to match shop climate so it moves less later.
Board Layout. Planks are rotated and swapped until color and grain feel calm. Chalk marks set the sequence and a quick photo records the layout for glue-up.
Precision Milling. Jointer and planer create true faces and parallel edges. Blanks are sized with allowance for sanding and edge shape.
Joinery Prep. Biscuits or dominoes keep seams aligned. Mortise and tenon or steel stretchers reinforce high-load spots. Threaded inserts are set so hardware starts cleanly and can tighten again over time.

After that, Rozaape locks the wood, finish, edge shape, any stain match, desk cable holes, and a companion bench if needed. Custom slots are limited to 4 to 8 per month so schedules stay reliable. Packing and Delivery

Tops and bases are wrapped with foam and corner guards. A labeled hardware kit and the proper driver are included. Many U.S. orders ship with parcel carriers and include tracking. Larger tables may travel on a pallet for safer handling. In major metro areas, Rozaape can suggest room-of-choice delivery partners when stairs or tight spaces are involved. If you plan a move later, Rozaape can share updated packing guidance so the piece travels safely again.

Simple Care

Wipe spills promptly. Use coasters and trivets to protect from heat and moisture. Dust with a soft cloth to keep the surface even. Strong sun and high humidity can speed up color change, so light shade and steady airflow help. Oil-finished surfaces can be refreshed yearly with a simple kit from Rozaape.
